We understand that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience stress-free. Please rest assured that we inspect all items before they are shipped to insure that we do not ship out defective merchandise.
In the event that you aren't 100% satisfied with your order or feel that an item was misrepresented, we are happy to offer store credit in the form of a coupon code for the amount of your item less shipping fees. Glamour Fanatic does not issue refunds for returned items. Store credit will be issued for returned items ONLY. 

Return Guidelines

We must be contacted to authorize your return and to provide the return address for your package. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of the order date to be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

All returned items must be in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in any way with tags attached and in the original packaging. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged will be returned to you at your expense. 

All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original box and then packaged durably. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
    • Items with scents, deodorant, or signs of wear
    • Free gifts or promotional items
    • Sunglasses
    • Jewelry or Hair accessories
    • Mystery Box items
    • deeply discounted clearance and sale items, namely items purchased using a coupon code of 30% and higher
    All items are returned to Glamour Fanatic at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice. 

    A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Glamour Fanatic. Failure to do so will result in us not being able to process your refund.

    If you have received the wrong item, we will cover the return cost.

    Once we have received your return please allow up to 1-3 business days for your store credit to be issued.
