The term "It Girl" gets tossed around more than pizza at Pizza Hut. But what does "It" even mean? And how do you know if you have "It"? To find the answers, look no further than the stars! Celebs like Beyonce, Rihanna and Scarlett Johansson give off a glow that everyone (and her boyfriend) wants to bask in. And it's not just that they're hot and talented-plenty of celebs have those qualities but don't have "It." But some girls know a secret: "It Girls" are made, not born. "Being an "It Girl" isn't just about having amazing clothes. "It Girls" have a magnetic energy people are drawn to.  Here's how you can get on the It list:

1. Always feel ready to walk the red carpet. The first step to becoming an "It Girl" is to realize that you make an outfit, not the other way around. When you see pictures of Jessica Biel coming from the gym, you look and her and think, Wow she looks hot! And that's because she knows the expression "It's not what you wear, it's how you wear it" is true. Start thinking glamorous, and you'll be glamorous-even in a pair of gym shorts and a sweaty T-shirt.

2. Be a bit mysterious. People are most fascinated by the things they know the least about. That's why girls like Scarlett Johansson are so irresistible-because they're only willing to share so much, people always want to know more. So don't put everything out there on Facebook and Instagram, and be a little stingy with how much you reveal about yourself to a guy you've just met. A little mystery goes a long way.

3. Keep it classy. No matter how crazy you might act alone or with close friends, there's a time and a place for everything. No one wants to be around someone who's out of control all the time. That's why celebs gone wild don't stay on the It Girl list for very long. So take a note from Beyonce and always put your most respectable foot forward. We guarantee you'll create buzz.

Stay GLAM Unicorn!
